Secondly, all of these RTA poles are fabric instead of carpet to save on cost. The fabric on this one is a white artificial-wool type fabric. Some of the others are more faux fur-like. This fabric is easy to clean with a vacuum and is great if you have cats with lighter fur.

Plus,the 10 pole rope are all covered by great sisal,which is said by many cat experts to be cat's favorite "scratching" material.Some of the other trees have poles with only the middle section roped and the top and bottom few inches are fabric.
